The 2008 Detroit NOOD's saw some crazy winds, crazy rules and choppy seas. Eric Vigrass enjoyed his Warm Apple Pie as he ate up the competition. Eric was closely followed by David Shriner's Amateur and Jim Pearson's Slippery followed closely behind in the scoring. Winds as high as 30 knots were seen Saturday on Lake St. Claire where the start of the day seemed to look as it was going to be pretty calm. Sunday proved to have some more reasonable winds to close out a great regatta were 16 Ultimate 20's showed up for some fun.
