Title: Roller furling drum

I have an old Schafer roller furling drum I would like to replace. Would someone tell me the Harken model or part number for this drum.  Thanks Tim Delaney

Tim, it's Harken #436.  I would suggest using 26' of 3/16" Sta-Set in lieu of the 1/4" in order to keep from filling up the drum.  Makes furling much easier.

Thanks Don. I use to own a older U-20 and the Schafer furling drum failed. broke in half and the mast came down. I would encourage anyone with a older drum to replace it. Thanks Tim Delaney
