Title: Proposed rule change

In the rencent past there was a small discussion about allowing films to be used in Jib construction. I would like to restart the discussion in advance of the 2012 class meeting in Pensacola. I believe the advantages are more competitive life of the sail, therefore more cost effective. It is my understanding the cost is not much more than dacron. Perhaps Brad and Tac could chime in.
