Where can I get one? Does anyone have the dims to make one? Would shock have them?

Length of Line 52" from end of spliced loop to end of spliced loop 5/8" Line
Length of Cable 105" from end of pressed loop to end of pressed loop 1/4" Cable

See attached picture.  You can take this to any rigging store to have this made up.
