Title: Zieman trailer vin

Anyone know where on the trailer I would find the vin for registation and insurance? Seller was in a state that doesn't require trailer registration.

I believe it is on the port side, just behind where the "Y" separates.  In my case it was so faded that getting the VIN was nearly impossible.  The label was also almost exactly the same color as the trailer and easy to miss.  If I get to see the "jealous mistress" this weekend, I'll get you an exact location.

It appears that I'm dead wrong.  I managed to find some old pictures.  What's left of the label with the VIN on my trailer is on the starboard side, right at the beginning of the "Y" which is right behind the hitch.  The attached pictures should help.  As you may guess, the label was not helpful for me when I had to register the trailer.  My best guess is that the VIN on the bottom left of the label.
