Lake Norman YC Regattas (tentative schedule)

March 13/14 - Keelboat Midwinters
April 24/25 - Hospice Regatta
July 3/4 - July 4th Regatta
Sept 4/5 - Labor Day Regatta
Nov 13/14 - Carolina Keelboat One Design Regatta

If these dates change I will update here.  We have precautions in place and plan to sail all of these regattas this year.

CANCELED!   May 1 & 2  Tommy Whiteside Memorial Regatta,  Columbia Sailing Club, Columbia SC  CANCELED!   

Sorry to inform everyone that this regatta was canceled as of 3/16/2021.   Refunds will be given for those who have signed up.


Invited fleets are Ultimate 20, VXOne and multihulls.
NORs due out this month.

Ultimate 20’s, VXOne, Multihull and Weta are invited.
Two days of racing with a practice day on Friday if you wish. 
Hotels nearby or Camping on site. There is electricity and water available.  Bathhouse with showers.
COVID restrictions means this is a no frills regatta, so no food, catering, food truck or official after-party due to state restrictions. 
BOYB and prepare to grill or eat out.   Plenty of restaurants within  a few miles. 

But... Only $15 registration ($25 after April 1)!

A U20 (Sassy B!) is available for charter for this event.  Please contact me if interested.

Yes, it is this week.  You can show up anytime this week and camp at the club.  We have wi-fi so work from the club.  If you need to stay a little later you can do that too.  This regatta is happening and the current forecast looks GREAT!  Get off the fence and show up.

Looks like we will make this the PCC venue this year, just to make sure we don't let another  year slide.

We have 5 local boats.  Join us.  PM me for additional details, lodging etc!

Practice racing on Friday 9/10.  Regatta is 9/11-12.
