Title: Looking for advice

Rebuilt bunks and brackets on the trailer.  About to bolt the top bunks on and wondering if it is an "exact science" or "close enough".  I have pictures of old bracket angles and profile of previous bunks to work from.  Have replicated it pretty close, at least from the before and after photos.  (clamps just to hold it in place)

Will the bunks conform a little?  Any suggestions?
