Title: Mast-up boat cover vendor?

I've managed to squeeze more than 10 seasons out of my cover with proper repairs and even duct tape in spots but I'm afraid I must abandon it and buy a new one for Spring. Can someone point me to a vendor that carries or makes them? It used to be posted on the Class website but I can no longer find it.

I believe another member purchased one there as well and they may have measurements. It’s held up well, but the bow does get some sun exposure.

Masthead used to advertise covers too, but I don’t see them on their site anymore, you may want to call them and see if they can source one: https://mastheadsailinggear.com/product-category/one-design-boat-covers/page/4/

I’ll have to look for the receipt, it wasn’t cheap.

Can’t find receipt, I want to say it was around $800. I had them make a bag for my outboard motor, companion way covers, and a bag for my rudder and tiller as well.

Baxter & Cicero is a name from the past.  My Lido 14 #1649 from the early 1960s when I started sailing had sails made by Baxter & Cicero.

Hanks the gentleman who helped me there, an older guy who is very professional as well as helpful. They’ve been around since 1937. My oldest daughter and I had our first sail together on a Lido 14, great boats. Now five years later both of my daughters are racing Naples Sabots and having a blast, they were in the same class for a while but the older one just won our club championship regatta and moved up to B.

I bought mine this year from Masthead in St Petersburg, FL. Totally satisfied. Two options for fabric, choose the Topgun and specify upgraded thread, it will last years longer. I also ordered the full skirt to keep the sun off the topsides. It shipped within 2 weeks and was a great value.

I also bought a Masthead cover and have used it for 5 years and it remains in good condition.

All, the LNYC fleet as researched a new mast up cover builder with and without side skirts.

The cost of the cover at the time of this post is below.  I have also included the vendor contact information (Kinder Industries).

U20 skirted.  $1875 + $125 Gore Tex Thread = $2,000
U20 non-skirted.  $1500 + $125 Gore Tex Thread = $1,625
