Title: Spinnaker sheet block recommendations
Post by: Paul DiMarco on May 02, 2022, 12:21:35 AM
We are looking to replace our tired and mismatched spinnaker sheet blocks on #82, both the ratcheting cheek blocks as well as the aft blocks.

I'd really appreciate recommendations.  I'll also check other boats in our fleet at Lake Norman to see what they  are running.

Hi Paul, you can find the stock block recommendations on the Harken website:

57mm is generally what you are looking for. The jib blocks are ratchet, the spinnaker turn blocks (on springs) are not.  The deck blocks for the spinnaker have ratchets typically.
