Title: paint for rudder

refinishing my rudder. Have taken care of the dents and scratches.  Now I need to paint to make look good. What does everyone recomend?

Speed doesn't come from looks. 
Gelcoat and sand a bunch or VC Performance Epoxy and sand even more!
