U20 Regattas - Where, When & Who's Going! / Ultimate 20 2025 Pacific Coast Championship September 19-21

Hold this date for the PCCs to be held at the Richmond Yacht Club on San Francisco Bay.   It will be a three day regatta as part of the One Design Invitational Regatta being held at the Club.  The number of fleets invited is limited to four and the U20s were selected given their strong presence at RYC and the support of other boat owners who have traveled to RYC for various events on the Bay. 

So, you can expect a great race committee, a challenging event on the Bay during our "warm weather" season, and a welcoming venue at RYC.  Mark your calendars and more information will be coming on the event and logistics.

One thing of note about the Kinder cover, owners have found that the back section that zips up isn't wide enough.  Paul DiMarco has designed a zippered spacer (zipper on two sides) to make it wider for sale, but if someone orders a new cover it will probably be worth it to have Kinder update their design.

Edit: I guess maybe this has been fixed on newer covers, but still worth a note if you are ordering a new one.

Does anybody have a good recommendation for a boat cover?  We ordered one from Sailors' Tailor in November for winter storage but with it being April now I'm not confident we will see it before the start of next winter.

We're looking for a U20 cover mainly for winter storage and for towing to events.  If it also worked with the mast up for weekly storage it would eliminate our bungee tarpaulin dance we have to do every week (I'm surprised none of us have lost an eye).

Someone just needs to upscale it and fill in the missing bits, I might do it later, but if it's really urgent to you, you could probably find someone on FIVR to do it for small change.

I would guess any mom-and-pop T Shirt print shop could do it for you as well.

A while back I was looking for a Hi Res picture (see attached) of the U20.  I believe it was Gregg who passed me on to his contacts where he had an image on file for making prints on clothing.  Long story short, to have them printed there with the shipping and exchange (CDN) was cost prohibitive.

So I am asking again, does anyone have a Hi Res pic they can share so I can have it printed on some shirts?

Well, it's time to head to Razorback Ridge and race the sportboats of Little Rock.  Unbelievable looks like fair weather after last weeks floods and tornadoes along the I30 corridor.
