Gross and Fine Tune Set up
« on: June 06, 2009, 07:12:13 PM »
Previous owner only had standard mainsheet control and I'm looking to set up a gross and fine tune setup on Uhoo!.   Would like to hear from other owners what they have found as most effective set up.   Do alot of sailing in SF Bay, so high winds a frequent issue.

Mike,

I've put together a sketch of the system I use and I have some photos as well, but I don't know how to show them on here.  Send me a personal message with you email address and I'll send you the sketch and the photos.  My arrangement has a 4:1 coarse purchase and a 12:1 fine purchase.

Also, if someone who knows how to use this board better than me would like to tell me how to put them up here, the sketch is 77 Kb and the photos are around 350 Kb each.

Cheers,

Van.
