Water intrusion
« on: October 16, 2023, 12:32:22 PM »
Members,

We had the Peninsular Cup Regatta this weekend and I was surprised by how much water I had in the boat at the end. 4 buckets worth.

I had 2.5 buckets in the cabin sole, which i guess came from the keel not sealing perfect. I should be able to fix this with a new seal, however I was surprised to see 1.5 buckets worth in the floatation boxes in the front. Any ideas where its finding its way in??

On the plus side I broke my speed record on the U20, we managed 12.1 kts  ;D
