Jim,

I agree with you that our website and participation is our best form of advertising.  In fact we discussed this at North Americans this year.  I noted that to post stories to the website requires someone to write them.  I have written stories in the past about regattas that I was not even at to post something.

I was at the East Coast Championships and have the results with the page started but not posted.

As President of the Class, I am looking for our members to step up and submit stories about what is happening in there area whether it be OD, PHRF, etc.

Please submit stories.... It really helps.

As for discussions about winter races, I was not part of any.  Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

Perhaps when people want to post their Regatta on Class website to advertise event, it should be understood that they are required to also submit results and brief write up within a certain time frame.  It is good for the class and I do not feel you should be expected to do everything.
