Need help ASAP - broken spinnaker pole.
« on: July 12, 2014, 11:25:21 PM »
So, does anyone know how loud a noise a spinnaker pole makes when it breaks in two? I can tell you that it is very loud. During a downwind run, luckily on the last downwind run while racing, bang! I need help fast We have a race in two week and the U20 NAs in three weeks. Does anyone have a spinnaker pole for sale? Or, does anyone know who I can contact to get a new one? Please post here or email me directly at bdenney821@gmail.com. Thank you in advance for your help.

Brian,

I would contact either Rich Hunt or Don Corey as they seem to know what is up with getting a new pole.
If push comes to shove I may be able to get a pole for you to use for the NA's and bring it with me.

There is a brand spanking new one sitting in Abbotts front room. Call Larry 519-542-2771

I saw it two weeks ago and planned on bringing it to the NA's as a spare.
