For the class's general information, the Ultimate 20's IRC rating, which is administered by the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) in the U.K. is 0.954 with spinnaker and 0.925 without spinnaker.

That the equivalent of 125 in phrf.  The average phrf would be 144.  IRC seems like a tough rating to sail to.
