PHRF Registration

I’m trying to register U20 #92 in the Delta Ditch run up in San Francisco this June but the registration requires San Francisco/Stockton PHRF rating as well as an uploaded copy of the current PHRF rating certificate.

I’m a new owner and this will be my first time racing #92.

Can anyone help direct me where I can obtain the PHRF certificate?

I looked up the PHRF rating for Northern California and it appears to be 141 class C, but I can’t be certain that is the rating for San Francisco/Stockton.

Also, I looked into obtaining a certificate and was directed to the class website.

With some outside help I think I’ve figured it out. The only sticking point will be keeping my sail number.
