Tried to register and all I got was Mark looking at me - drinking beer of course!  Could not find the registration form.

Uhoo! from SF Bay Area will be coming if I can find one more crew member.   Anyone want to join David Krause and I on the water?

Fantastic. Mike, glad to have you aboard.  We also have a new owner in SLC who is planning to attend.  So that would make 12 and counting.      8)

All -

I prodded the Park City Sailing Association guys to get their online form updated and operating.  I think that will happen shortly (everyone just gets busy with their own sailing this time of year).  I will post here and via the yahoo group e-mail list as soon as it is up.

Mike -
I may have a couple guys here that could ride with the Madison team who would be good crew for you.  I will do some asking and keep me posted.

Jay

PS
If any NorCal/PNW boats want a tune-up regatta, Madison and Rogue are doing the Eugene Yacht Club Harvest Day Regatta on Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend.  It is cheap registration, great food, good sailing venue, and they let you camp for free on the grounds! Three more would make a fleet.

All,  Mark A spoke with the PCSA folks the registration should be online later this week.  We'll keep you posted on the latest and put a link up here as soon as it's available.

For those interested there is camping at the lake.  You can reserve at http://www.reserveamerica.com/camping/jordanelle-state-park/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=UT&parkId=342471

The official Notice of Race is posted on the Park City Sailing Association website and online registration is open:

http://www.sailpc.org/2014/08/20/2014-fall-regatta/

Let's get boats registered for the September 20th and 21st event!  Late fees accrue after September 10th!

The event entry fee is pretty all-inclusive and includes a dinner and party Saturday night for your U20 crew (check the dress-code for the party as it is everything from Judge Smails to Gilligan up in there).  It also includes T-shirts for your crew, park entry and dry-storage.  You will need to buy extra Saturday night party tickets for anyone else who wants attend (WAGS, Kids, etc.)

As a class, I would suggest a BBQ with Potluck Friday night after practice racing/tune-up.  Mark or Travis - Can one of you please find us some real estate for this event or delegate it out to another member of the Utah fleet?  I suggest a simple format where we all just bring a side or two to share, a growler of beer or bottle of wine to share from your boat's home port, and something to throw on the grill.

See everybody in less than a month!  Also, last I checked there were still camping spots available on the Reserve America website:

http://www.reserveamerica.com/camping/jordanelle-state-park/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=UT&parkId=342471

We are planning on a tune up race Friday afternoon and perhaps BBQ or Pizza afterward.  Keep us posted on what time you plan to arrive so we can see if we have numbers.

Thanks all!  Looking forward to the PCC!

Ok, all registered.  I will try to get there early on Friday, but not sure if we will be in time for the tune up race.  We are staying with family in the area - and won't be camping, but will bring a growler of local brew to share!  See you all next in two weeks !!!

I'm going to be leaving on a business trip next week.  If you want the PCC perpetual trophy to be in Utah on time, I will need to ship it out before I go.  Who wants to receive it via UPS?

Hi guys, we are about 9 days out!  Looking forward to a great PCC!

Please PM me with the time you plan to arrive and if you are interested in a GTG Friday evening.  Depending on numbers we may raid Squatters or one of the other local establishments in Park City Friday evening.   A few of us are planning to do some tune up sailing so we will be there in the afternoon Friday.  Join if you can or we can meet up in the parking lot to head out for dinner.

We also would like to know your preference for Saturday:

1) Attend the included Park City Association Party
2) BBQ or Pizza  Lake side Saturday evening.

There are plenty of slips still available, although it adds a cost of $20 per night.  You can leave your boat overnight rigged as part of the entry fee.
