Mooring at marina - cleats?

My U20 has bottom paint and I plan on mooring my boat at the marina this summer. I'm curious how people tie their boats up to the dock. Have you installed cleats? I see some on eBay that mount kinda flush and fold up when needed.

Thoughts?

If you are thinking of adding these as cleats to the boat - I might reconsider.  I try to avoid putting more holes in the boat and especially anything that will catch a sheet, toe or a sail!  I tie off to the bow ring and to the base of the stanchions for the stern and spring lines.  I had a Taylormade round ball one summer and it ended up scratching the gel coat on the topsides, so I mounted these to the dock.  They are nice when you are short handed sailing back to the dock and don't have to mess with fenders on the boat.

I would agree with Chris and avoid adding holes to the deck. This is a typical tie up to a dock. if you have a finger both sides I have placed a shackle or clip in the middle of the bow line to clip easily, then tie off the stern from the rear stantions. I also spring to the forward stantion or to the spinnaker sheet bock on cleat.
