I am going. Registration starts January 1. If 6 U20s register then the class will have its own start.  Bellingham is a cool little city, camping near by if you reserve early. A lot of restaurants in Bellingham and Fairhaven, I can think of 6 breweries and 2 cider houses in Bellingham/Fairhaven.

This is a light air venue in July. When we had our island cruiser in the harbor on an outer slip seemed to be always blowing 10 to 15kts of when pulling into the slip. Every summer regatta I have been to its 2 to 8kts; average July wind according to weather under ground for last year was 6kts.

Would love to race one-design. We are going to try to get to one of the other west coast events this year.

Let us know how the registration is going...I think if you are getting close to the one design start number, other West Coast boats may be enticed to join you.  For those interested in this great opportunity to sail the Pacific NW, here is the link to the event site.
