Where are you located? I have a spare standard rudder as I used my kick-up. It has very minor damage on one edge and nothing like yours!

Great sail ends in bone head mistake. Does anyone have the original plans and for the rudder and layup/laminate schedule. Seems to be a foam core with a composite stringer, carbon, glass, and epoxy.

Thank you

Any recommendations & specs for replacing the following:

Mast:  Ballenger Spars Aluminum, 2008

1) Replace Main Halyard Sheave -
- Is there a recommended Wire Sheave?  Size/Spec?   I measured 30mm Diameter x 9mm Wide with 7.5mm Pin (roughly)
- Should I convert from a wire halyard with swagged eye to a soft halyard and install a mast base cleat?  The swagged fitting has nurling that causing wear at the top of the mast and occasionally gets stuck at the top of the mast when lowering the main.  There's not enough play when hoisted to fit a stopper to prevent wear and sticking when hoisted.

2) Replace In Mast Spin Halyard Exit Block - Sheave is frozen from wear and does not spin.
- I measured a 27mm or 1" Sheave and 56mm or 2.2" fastener spacing.  It's a riveted block and wondering if I could go with a Protexit 30mm Block with rivnuts instead of rivets.  It seems the fastener spacing would work.  Any other recommendations?

Thx!
Glenn

I have one from ATN that I’ve been really happy with.  Very well made and has worn well.   Easy to put on and take off and doesn’t flap at all in strong wind.

Hmmmm. I want one that will last a bit i the Texas sun. I do like quality... The only other ones I have purchased are for a J80 and a larger Beneteau (37).
