Sixteen U20s sailed in the East Coast Championship at the Carolina Keelboat One Design Regatta On Lake Norman this past weekend.
Congratulations to Jim Pearson #200 'Slippery' with crew Brad Boston and local John Mellnik for their terrific performance to win the U20 class with five firsts, yes, 1-1-1-1-1.
Winds were good (slightly shifty) ranging from 6 to 14 knots both days for the regatta with acceptible temps.
